Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Happily Plants order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us directly through our Contact page before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

Final Sale Items

Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
